In the event of any dispute regarding the enforcement of this agreement, the Saudi courts or other competent authorities, apart from emergency judiciary, will have jurisdiction.  

Aqarmap is entitled to monitor site content and freely manage the information or materials sent to or collected during your use of the platform. Aqarmap may disclose such information as permitted by law.

– The user understands that the app is in its beta phase and might encounter technical issues. Aqarmap disclaims responsibility for delays caused by such errors but will work to resolve them promptly.

– The user consents to receive marketing messages via SMS, email, and app notifications, including third-party promotions.
